Timothy Wilson

Mr Timothy Wilson is an Attorney-at-law with special interest in real estate transactions and real estate development. He has extensive knowledge and legal expertise in retail business operations and finance / banking.

Mr Wilson was called to the Jamaican Bar in 1991 after graduating from the Norman Manley Law School. Timothy worked at the firm of Price Waterhouse in their corporate finance and taxation departments participating in their management of several government divestment initiatives and private sector initial public offerings, before gaining practical business experience through a range of entrepreneurial endeavours and board appointments.

Timothy has extensive experience in real estate development and conveyancing both as a legal practitioner and as a developer of residential homes and consultant to commercial developments.

Timothy completed the prescribed Real Estate Board course of study at the University of Technology and was appointed a licensed realtor in 1996, following which he attended the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies where he was awarded the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Mr. Wilson is a former banker having spent four years at the Bank of Nova Scotia (Jamaica) Limited where he pursued further studies in mutual fund investing, securities trading, and worked in the wealth management / private banking division of Scotiabank.
